What we never store

We do not store the reviews you paste in or the replies we write. They are used to write your reply and are not saved.

What we do store

Your email, business name, industry, brand voice settings, and a count of replies for your monthly allowance, with the star rating, tone and business type of each reply. For the free demo on our homepage we keep a hashed form of your IP address with a usage count for up to 48 hours to limit use.

Audit requests

We store your name, business name, email, profile link or business address, industry and submission time to prepare and email your audit. A hashed IP address helps prevent spam. Each request is emailed to the Repute owner.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription references, and the dates you agreed to recurring billing and to these policies.
